I have so much holiday spirit right now I am bursting at the seams! I can't wait to get the Christmas decorations put up! I love Christmas and it is going to be especially awesome this year because we have the Bug!!! I can't wait for him to have a family Christmas and to teach him as he gets older about Jesus and what Christmas really means! So today at Wal Mart, I did buy each of the kids the cutest little trees and some ornaments for their rooms! Maya's is pink, Max's is blue and Ella's is silver! They loved them. Ade will have a mini tree in his window since his bedroom is in the front of the house!
We have been going nonstop since we got home from Ethiopia. It seems like someone has been on an antibiotic the whole time we have been home. I myself had to have a shot in the buns to try and get rid of this junk. Maya, Ade and I are all taking medicine right now! It is just crazy!
Like I have mentioned before, Maya is really struggling right now. Poor little thing breaks my heart. But I think we may be getting over the hump with this phase. Today was the best day we have had in weeks. She was pretty happy and had very few meltdowns! I am relieved. She is stressing this momma out!!! But I am just trying to be patient with her and just love on her through this tough time.
We are headed tomorrow to our nephew Amos' birthday party! I can't believe he is almost 3. Where did those 3 years go? And what a blessing he has been to our family! We love you Amos!
